Apontada pela revista Dance Spirit como uma das principais forças femininas do sapateado (“Tap Leading Ladies”), Maud, além de bailarina, corógrafa e produtora, integra o grupo Syncopated Ladies. Participando pela segunda vez do Tap in Rio, ela já ensinou, além do Brasil, no Japão, Espanha, Rússia e, claro, nos Estados Unidos, onde é muito solicitada.
Com as Syncopated Ladies, dançou recentemente numa série de apresentações com lotação esgotada, em Washington DC e Nova York, assim como no programa de televisão So You Think You Can Dance, onde o grupo venceu a Batalha de Crews. Dançou também em comerciais, dentre outro a campanha Toyota Corolla 2014. Trabalhou com a cantora Beyoncé em diversos comerciais e vídeos. Além das Syncopated Ladies, Maud dividiu palcos com Debbie Allen, Jason Samuels Smith, Jared Grimes e Chloe Arnold.
Ela dirige, junta com a irmã Chloe, o festival DC Tap. A dupla foi reconhecida pelo seu papel na preservação e divulgação das artes pela Câmara dos Deputados dos EUA. Estão tendo papel inovador no mundo do sapateado com seus festivais, sua linha de roupa I Love Tap, seus cursos e DVDs didáticos de sapateado.
Maud idealizou e produziu recentemente o documentário Tap World, com o produtor executivo Dean Hargrove.

Known as one of “Tap’s Leading Ladies” by Dance Spirit Magazine, Maud Arnold (Dancer – Choreographer – Producer) is a member of the female tap dance band, Syncopated Ladies. Teaching and performing in Brazil, Tokyo, Barcelona, Russia and all across the United States, Maud has quickly become a sought after teacher, judge and performer. Maud was also a former cover girl of Dance Spirit Magazine TAP issue.
Maud was recently seen performing onstage in sold-out concerts of Syncopated Ladies: Live in DC and NYC and appeared on Season 11 of FOX’s So You Think You Can Dance with Syncopated Ladies as the Winner of the Dance Crew Battle. Maud can be seen in the 2014 Toyota Corolla “Style Never Goes Out of Style” National Commercial and has worked with Beyoncé on several commercials and music videos. Mentored and trained by Debbie Allen, Maud has taught at her dance academy in Los Angeles and her dance institute in Texas since the age of 19. Maud’s Television Credits Include: HBO’s “Boardwalk Empire”, “Switched at Birth”, “Secret Talents of the Stars” as a featured dancer with Mya, on The Today Show and Fox 5. She has shared the stage with Debbie Allen, Jason Samuels Smith, Jared Grimes and Chloe Arnold.
Maud is the co-director and producer of the critically acclaimed, internationally recognized DC Tap Festival with her sister Chloe Arnold. They have been recognized by The US House of Representatives as arts preservers and ambassadors. Along with her sister Chloe, Maud is pioneering new experiences for dancers and artists worldwide with their tap festivals, I LOVE TAP clothing line, mentorship workshops and TAP dance instructional DVDs.
Recently Maud produced TAP WORLD, a feature-length documentary with Hollywood Executive Producer, Dean Hargrove. Maud exudes her passion for tap dancing with her high energy, fun and action-packed dancing.
